Privacy Policy We are committed to protecting your privacy.We only use the information we collect about you to process your orders & keep you up to date with any new products & special promotions.We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. We follow strict security procedures in the storage & disclosure of information that you have given us.Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you. Delivery Promise Please note that the gowns can take up to 20 weeks for delivery depending on stock levels. Should you require it before then, then please send us an email via the contacts page & we will reply to you with an expected delivery date. All orders are dispatched to the delivery address that you supply.If an item is temporarily unavailable for any reason or has a longer lead time , then you will be notified of the revised despatch date.You will be contacted to discuss whether a full refund is necessary or a replacement item is acceptable. A full refund of delivery charges will be given. Please note that overseas deliveries may take longer. Overseas Delivery We only make deliveries to the UK, however we plan to to accomodate other parts of Europe in the future. If you are based overseas & would like to purchase any of our products, please get in touch with us ( enquiries@simply-stunning.com ) & we may be able to make provisions. Delivery Charges Delivery is currently set at £5.00 per pair of shoes. Charges will automatically be applied to your order before payment proceeds. Payment Payment is preferred using PayPal. Credit/Debit card payment can be made over the phone by ringing 01902 677277. Cheques Cheques must be made payable to ' Simply Stunning Bridal Gowns Ltd ' & sent ot the following address: Simply Stunning Bridal Gowns Ltd 92 Dudley Road Sedgley Dudley DY3 1TA Pllease allow 7 working days from receipt of your cheque before your order will be processed. Supply of Goods Due to the nature of our product range we are unable to guarantee the availability of products. If an item is no longer available, then you will be notified & given the opportunity to choose an alternative item or cancel your order. Pricing The price you pay is the price shown in the checkout section of our website at the time you place your order. If an error in pricing occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible & give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If you wish to cancel & you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund minus a 10% administration charge.. Returns We accept the return of all items only if they are returned within 5 working days & in their original packaging & condition. Under these circumstances we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item ( less delivery charge ). You will be responsible for the cost of the postage & return of the goods. This does not effect your statutory rights. Refunds will only be given after the returned item has been recieved & inspected. It is recommended that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods. For health & safety reasons no returns are accepted for any underwear that are purchased on this site.
